How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order.
How do I check on my order?
Open Track Order in the footer and enter your order number with the email you used at checkout. The number is on your confirmation email.
How do I pay?
Place your order on the website and the store contacts you to take payment. When card payments are switched on, you pay on a secure card page right after checkout.
A scent I want is sold out. Will it return?
Small batches come and go. Join the newsletter in the footer and new batches land in your inbox first.
How do the bundle deals work?
Add what the deal asks for and the cart offers you the free item straight away. Two large items earn a 1 oz shea body butter, three large items earn a fourth large item, and three or more soaps earn a 1 oz shea body butter. You pick the scent, and nothing comes off the price of the items you paid for.
Which items count as large?
The 4 oz shea body butter and the 30 ml perfume or cologne. Mix them however you like; the cart counts them together.
Do I need a code for a deal?
No. The cart works the count out on its own and offers the free item as soon as you have earned it.
Can I use a deal and a membership discount together?
Yes. The membership percentage comes off what you pay, and the free item arrives on top of it.
What sizes do the soaps come in?
One size, a 3 oz bar, in every scent.
How is shipping worked out?
By the real weight of what is in the parcel and where it is going, calculated at checkout once you enter your ZIP code.
How do I track my order?
Enter your order number and the email on the order at the track order page. The number is in your confirmation email.
Do I need an account to order?
No. An account is there if you want your order history and your membership behind one sign in, and checkout works without one.
