All sales are final. Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, unopened, or unwanted products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or opened/used products.
